Description

The Principal Expert Technology Management will support the German Armed Forces’ digital transformation by advising and coordinating technology management across BWI, the German Armed Forces, federal authorities, research institutions, and defense industry partners. The role focuses on stakeholder management, transformation and cultural change, disruptive technologies, innovation activities, and knowledge transfer, with nationwide travel and work from BWI locations in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Nuremberg, Ulm, Berlin, Bonn, and Leipzig.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master’s degree in business administration, IT, the humanities, or a comparable field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience as an IT networking professional, Strategic Advisor, or (Technology) Consultant/Advisor, with measurable successes
Experience initiating, operationalizing, and steering transformation and cultural change processes, including disruptive technologies and processes
Excellent stakeholder management experience in large organizations or government agencies
