Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is hiring a Principal Facilities Construction Project Management (Level 3) professional to oversee multiple concurrent facilities projects and construction activities on site in El Segundo, California. The role coordinates customers, maintenance, program teams, contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities; prepares scopes of work and procurement documents; estimates costs; inspects construction and installation work; and manages schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and client-satisfaction objectives. Candidates need substantial facilities construction project management or facilities management experience, construction and building-systems knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to obtain a US Government Secret Clearance and required Program Accesses. The primary salary range is $94,200 to $141,200, with possible overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and benefits.
