Astera Labs is hiring a Senior Field Application Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor to cloud service providers, server and network OEMs, and other customers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, proposing connectivity solutions, providing hands-on design-in support, defining new products, and collaborating with engineers. Candidates need an electrical engineering background, at least eight years of experience designing complex SoC or silicon products for server, storage, or networking applications, strong high-speed protocol and silicon debug knowledge, Python automation skills, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
