Astera Labs is hiring a Principal Field Applications Engineer to support cloud service providers, server and network OEMs, and other customers in designing solutions using the company’s connectivity products. The role involves understanding customer requirements, proposing solutions, providing hands-on design-in support, collaborating with engineering teams on product-roadmap implementation, and delivering results to customers. The position requires an electrical engineering background, at least eight years of experience designing complex SoC or silicon products for server, storage, or networking applications, fluency in Mandarin and English, and frequent travel to customer sites.
