Waukesha County is hiring a Principal Financial Analyst to help design and implement a centralized finance service model for County departments. The role involves analyzing and improving financial procedures, reporting, and service delivery; monitoring and reconciling account balances; interpreting financial statements; assessing the financial and operational impacts of decisions and the viability of programs, vendors, and contractors; managing financial dashboards; implementing automation for Accounts Payable and other processes; and coordinating, reviewing, and training staff delivering centralized financial services.
