Altana is hiring a Principal Financial Analyst to serve as the Finance Business Partner for its Technology organization, covering R&D, Implementation, Product, IT, and InfoSec. The role owns monthly budget forecasting, variance reporting, investment decision analysis, cloud and AI infrastructure financial management, accounting entries, procurement, vendor management, and board-level technology scorecards. It requires 5–8+ years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP, CRM, and HRIS tools. The position is based in Brooklyn, New York, with hybrid work flexibility and a $170,000–$200,000 USD annual base salary.
