ITR Group is seeking an experienced Financial Business Partner to serve as the primary financial partner for a designated technology service area. The role covers financial reporting, planning, forecasting, pricing, analysis, budget and cost management, financial controls, business cases, strategic planning, and stakeholder decision support. It is based in the Minneapolis area with a hybrid onsite schedule of three days per week and requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and US citizenship or GC holder status. The compensation range is approximately $115,000 to $1125,000, with medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
