Mach Industries is hiring a Principal Forward Deployed Autonomous Systems Engineer to lead the fielding, operation, maintenance, and scaling of autonomous defense platforms. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with flight operations, customer and government engagement, operational readiness, risk assessment, training, troubleshooting, and the development of procedures and product improvements. It requires a STEM degree or equivalent experience, extensive unmanned-systems fielding experience, strong multidisciplinary troubleshooting skills, and frequent domestic and international travel.
