JetBrains is hiring a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy JetBrains Central into complex enterprise environments and guide customers and consulting partners toward governed, scalable AI-native software development. The role combines consulting, architecture, and hands-on engineering, including enterprise AI governance, observability, agent execution, CI/CD and developer-platform integration, delivery frameworks, customer-facing work, and mentoring other Forward Deployed Engineers. Candidates should have software project experience, familiarity with Java or Python, experience integrating developer platforms or infrastructure systems, customer-facing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel.
