Description
Microsoft is hiring a Principal Software Engineer, Forward Deployed to lead high-stakes engagements with strategic partners, silicon partners, and enterprise engineering organizations. The role owns end-to-end technical delivery, customer relationships, adoption validation, reusable engineering assets, and the conversion of field evidence into platform roadmaps. It also involves mentoring engineers, coordinating with Microsoft teams, and helping define the forward-deployed engineering model. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field plus 6+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience, and offers a U.S. base pay range of USD 142,800 to USD 274,800 per year.
