Description
Pragmatike is recruiting a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to own complex customer deployments for an AI-powered infrastructure and products company. The role involves working with customers, building and customizing production software, developing integrations and APIs, troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, translating customer feedback into product requirements, and improving deployment processes and reliability. The position requires at least eight years of professional software engineering experience, strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, Go, or a similar language, and experience deploying production software in complex environments.
