Description
The Principal Forward-Deployed Engineer is a dual-hat technical delivery leadership role responsible for discovery, solution design, pilots, deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, and long-term value delivery for complex customer accounts. The role spans z2o and SigEv/ESS, covers accounts including Abcam, T-Mobile Bellevue, NASA, and the broader T-Mobile/Verizon pipeline, and requires direct coordination with electricians, integrators, contractors, and customer stakeholders. It also includes mentoring other engineers, advising product and engineering teams, and turning repeatable solutions into department-wide playbooks. The role requires at least seven years of relevant technical experience, strong electrical and API capabilities, and hands-on experience with AI agents.
