Analog Devices is hiring a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with business organizations and accelerate Enterprise AI adoption. The role combines product strategy, AI engineering, and business transformation by identifying productivity bottlenecks, prototyping AI assistants, copilots, and agentic workflows, validating business value, productizing successful pilots, and guiding adoption and governance. It requires 10+ years of enterprise software, data, and AI experience, strong cloud-native and distributed-systems engineering, and the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into technical solutions. The position offers a $200,000 to $275,000 expected wage range, a discretionary performance-based bonus, and medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
