Microsoft is hiring a Principal Account-Aligned FDE to serve as a customer-embedded engineering leader for a strategic account. The role owns production-grade solution delivery, translates business needs into technical approaches, influences senior stakeholders, prepares work for FDE crews, and operates in complex, fast-moving environments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant engineering, product, technical program management, data analysis, or product development experience, plus 3+ years managing cross-functional projects, customer-facing solution delivery experience, and fluency in Japanese and English.
