State Street is hiring a Principal Consultant to assess client needs and lead technical solutions for Charles River Development’s investment management software, including CRIMS, n-tier software, DR/HA design, and multiple simultaneous projects. The role oversees client engagements, guides less experienced consultants, mentors teams, partners with sales on proofs of concept, and requires strong Java, C#, database, application architecture, integration, and client-facing technical skills. Candidates need a BA/BS in a relevant field and 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial or software services, with travel to client sites in the United States and Canada.
