Description
The Principal Engineer will provide technical leadership for a product delivery team within the Plan Sponsor WorkStation (PSW) technology organisation of Stock Plan Services (SPS). The role combines deep software engineering expertise with leadership, mentoring, architectural decision-making, risk management, and delivery partnership across engineering, product, architecture, quality, and platform teams. It requires a technology-related bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including enterprise application delivery, complex solution leadership, and technical decision influence. The role focuses on Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, Signals, Nx, monorepos, REST APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, AWS, observability, testing, and secure software development.
