Partners Capital is hiring a senior Fund Finance leader to oversee a pod and central fund-finance functions across private equity, secondaries, venture capital, hedge funds, and registered funds. The role manages service providers and custodians, drives controls and technology initiatives, advises investment leadership, and supports fund launches, operational due diligence, and business development. Candidates need a finance, accounting, or related degree, at least seven years of relevant experience, strong technical accounting and Excel skills, and experience leading teams and leveraging AI or automation. The Massachusetts base salary range is $120,000 to $170,000, with possible performance-based incentives and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
