Worley Consulting is hiring a Principal or near Principal Geotechnical Engineer for a full-time, permanent position in its Madrid office. The role provides technical leadership on geotechnical inputs, project direction and management, safety leadership, team and staff mentoring, client and business-development collaboration, and coordination with global technical networks. Candidates need at least 12 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience, knowledge of Plaxis, Geostudio, Leapfrog, and Openground, Eurocode-based design, strong communication and analytical skills, and a master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
