MTSI is hiring a Principal GMD Performance Analysis Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama to support the Missile Defense Agency’s Ground-based Missile Defense programs. The role performs mission and system performance analyses, develops MATLAB and Python analytical tools, conducts statistical and Monte Carlo simulations, evaluates interceptor and engagement performance, interprets simulation data, and communicates findings to engineering teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders. The position requires a SECRET or higher security clearance, a STEM master’s degree, at least 12 years of relevant experience, and demonstrated MDA GMD program experience.
