Description
ERCOT is hiring an Electrical Engineer focused on grid interconnection, system reliability, emerging technologies, and interconnection studies. The role develops methodologies, modeling requirements, and engineering solutions for large-load and generation interconnections; leads technical work and engineers; advises leadership; represents ERCOT in industry forums; and mentors staff. It requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, prior team or project leadership, an electrical engineering or related bachelor’s degree, and a Texas work arrangement of at least two days per week.
