Microsoft CoreAI is hiring an AI Engineering Manager to lead technical and people leadership for AI infrastructure, distributed services, reinforcement learning, post-training workflows, compute orchestration, and complex system architecture. The role oversees software development, code quality, design, reliability, incident response, observability, security, and project planning, while requiring a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least 8 years of technical engineering or technical leadership experience. Prior cloud software development, reinforcement learning, post-training, container workloads, and people management experience are preferred.
