Microsoft is hiring a Principal Group Software Engineering Manager to lead a multi-team engineering organization within the Sales Planning & Commercial Incentives team. The role owns technical vision and architecture for a composable, AI-native platform, develops engineering leaders, establishes delivery and operational excellence, and partners with product, data science, design, sales operations, finance, and HR. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least 18 years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
