The role manages growth initiatives, experiments, customer and revenue opportunities, cross-functional alignment, business performance narratives, and agentic workflows, while partnering with Workforce Solutions leadership. It requires 8–10+ years of relevant experience, strong operating-system and cross-functional influence capabilities, customer and market insight, executive communication, change-management ability, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. The expected base pay is $197,000–$266,000 in San Francisco and Mountain View, California.
