Strivector Corp is hiring a full-time, permanent Principal Hardware Design Engineer for a direct-hire position with a well-known market leader. The role focuses on developing network visibility hardware, authoring schematics, managing PCB layout, improving yields, and collaborating with mechanical, RTL, software, and manufacturing teams. The position requires an electrical engineering bachelor's degree, 10–15 years of experience, product-development experience, high-speed signal integrity and EMC knowledge, embedded-platform experience, and proficiency with Cadence tools. It is based in Austin, Texas, with no remote or hybrid work, relocation benefits, and compensation based on experience.
