Description
Nokia is hiring a Principal Hardware Development Engineer specializing in Signal Integrity for its Optical Networks Hardware team. The role leads signal integrity analysis, pre- and post-layout simulation, PCB stack-up and material selection, connector and interconnect modeling, and validation of high-speed 800G and future 1.6T optical networking systems. The engineer will collaborate with hardware, PCB, mechanical, firmware, and optical teams and support laboratory correlation using VNA and TDR measurements. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field and at least 12 years of signal integrity engineering experience.
