Arycs Technologies is hiring a Principal Hardware Engineer, Signal Processing to lead the design, analysis, validation, and integration of advanced digital signal processing algorithms and hardware architectures for coherent and optical DSP products. The role covers DSP algorithm modeling, signal-chain optimization, hardware requirements, system bring-up, performance validation, automated testing, root-cause troubleshooting, product architecture, and cross-functional technical leadership. It requires 10+ years of DSP or hardware signal-processing experience, expertise in coherent or high-performance communication DSP, and familiarity with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and hardware or FPGA/ASIC validation. Optical experience is beneficial, and the position is hybrid.
