Axon is hiring a Principal Hardware Systems Architect to own system architecture and technical integration across electrical, RF, mechanical, thermal, and power domains for mission-critical hardware. The role will define standards and engineering processes, lead cross-functional design decisions, manage requirements and verification, support manufacturing and regulatory certification, and drive risk mitigation through mass production. The position is a founding leadership role with a hybrid schedule at one of three regional hubs, and offers a starting base annual salary of $210,600 to $242,100 plus bonus and equity.
