Description
Epirus is hiring a Principal Harness Design Engineer to own the full lifecycle of electrical harness design for high-power management systems. The role leads systems-level harness architectures, develops detailed designs, guides high-EMI systems, specifies components, maintains documentation, supports vendor selection, and contributes to prototyping, build, testing, and troubleshooting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, at least 8 years designing interconnect systems for harsh-environment applications, and proficiency with harness design software and relevant standards. The California starting salary range is $154,100 to $179,800 USD.
