Description
The Principal (Headmaster) serves as the chief educational leader of the Classical Academy Charter School, reporting to the Superintendent. The role oversees academic operations, curriculum and instruction, assessment, special education compliance, staff development, performance evaluations, school culture, family and community engagement, regulatory compliance, staffing, safety, facilities, and administrative reporting. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, successful teaching and leadership experience, knowledge of classical education and state standards, and strong communication and critical-thinking skills. The position is on a 260-day contract with paid holidays, allocated PTO, on-call availability, and the ability to travel.
