AECOM is hiring a Principal Highways Engineer to lead the design and delivery of major highways and transport infrastructure projects across New South Wales, drive technical excellence, develop engineering solutions, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and build client and stakeholder relationships. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, relevant professional registration or chartership, and at least eight years of experience in highways, roads, or transport infrastructure engineering.
