Lantern is hiring a Principal IAM Engineer to serve as the technical authority for identity in its healthcare specialty-care platform. The role owns the identity control plane, including joiner/mover/leaver provisioning, access management, Conditional Access, phishing-resistant MFA, privileged access, directory and federation, secrets and non-human identity, key access governance, and identity-as-code. It is a hands-on individual-contributor position reporting to the CISO, with at least three days per week in the Dallas, Texas offices. The role requires eight or more years of identity and access management experience, deep Microsoft Entra ID expertise, automation and Terraform skills, and a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
