Description
Lantern is hiring a Principal IAM Engineer to serve as the technical authority for identity and access management in a healthcare environment. The role owns the identity control plane, including joiner/mover/leaver provisioning, Conditional Access, phishing-resistant MFA, privileged access, Entra ID federation, secrets and workload identity, identity automation, and identity-as-code. It is a hands-on individual-contributor position reporting to the CISO, with at least three days per week in the company’s New York City offices. The role requires at least eight years of identity and access management experience, including principal- or staff-level ownership of an identity control plane, and offers a base salary of $175,000 to $225,000 annually plus an annual bonus.
