Description
NXP is seeking an experienced Test Engineer for high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits, responsible for developing complete industrial test plans on ATE, designing custom interface board circuitry, defining characterization and validation setups, supporting DfT from concept through manufacturability, and handling test engineering administration including customer support, data evaluation, reporting, test limits, and mass production support. The role requires deep experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal testing, ATE platforms such as Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFlex, statistical test optimization, reliability/failure analysis, and collaboration across global engineering teams to deliver products on schedule and within budget.
