Aviso is hiring a Principal Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to own the end-to-end IAM strategy, architecture, governance, and implementation for internal users and external partners. The role covers authentication, authorization, workforce and B2B identity, federation, provisioning, access reviews, entitlement and SoD controls, and change governance, with hands-on configuration, automation, and integration across platforms such as Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, and Microsoft Graph. The position requires at least eight years of IAM experience, strong knowledge of identity governance and federation protocols, scripting and infrastructure-as-code capabilities, and experience in a regulated financial-services environment. The expected salary is $130,000–$140,000 CAD annually, with health, dental, and insurance benefits.
