The Principal Infrastructure Engineer leads an infrastructure team, coordinates client-facing projects, and manages staffing, performance, training, and resource allocation. The role oversees secure infrastructure design and implementation, monitors system performance, supports customer analysis and troubleshooting, and provides administrative and budgetary support. It requires 7+ years of related IT experience, including at least 3 years designing, building, and maintaining secure infrastructure systems, along with Agile, data center, cloud, and healthcare or insurance experience. The position offers a base salary of $105,230 to $178,890 and may include short-term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
