Description
The Principal Investigator will characterize and investigate CHO host cell proteins, especially difficult-to-remove species affecting downstream processing and product stability. The role uses mass spectrometry, analytical and functional assays, recombinant protein expression, and data-driven analyses to identify, quantify, and profile host cell proteins, assess impurity risks, and develop mitigation strategies. The principal investigator will lead scientific studies, supervise students and technical staff, and communicate results to stakeholders and management.
