TTEC is hiring a Principal IT Solution Engineer to work remotely in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role leads technical qualification, assessment, and end-to-end IT solution design for client-facing customer experience programmes, serving as the senior technical authority from discovery through contracting, solution approval, handover, and delivery. Responsibilities include designing solutions across CCaaS, infrastructure, connectivity, EUC, security, platforms, and data; presenting technology proposals; producing architectural and RFP documentation; partnering with cross-functional teams; and owning solution costs, risks, and pricing. The role requires senior pre-sales or client-facing IT solution design experience, global multi-region deal experience, knowledge of at least two CCaaS platforms, IT infrastructure and security knowledge, AI platform familiarity, vendor integration experience, and strong client-facing communication skills.
