Sigma Software is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to lead secure, large-scale enterprise digital platforms for public-sector customers. The role combines hands-on Java development, architecture design, presales and discovery activities, technical proposal and estimation work, customer-facing presentations, and guidance of engineering teams through project launch and early delivery. The position requires strong Java, Spring, microservices, distributed systems, cloud, database, containerization, CI/CD, and security expertise, along with 5+ years of software engineering experience and technical leadership.
