Sigma Software is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to lead secure, large-scale enterprise digital platforms for public-sector customers. The role combines hands-on Java development, architecture design, presales and discovery activities, technical proposal and estimation work, customer-facing presentations, and guidance of engineering teams through project launch and early delivery. The position requires strong Java, Spring, microservices, distributed systems, cloud, database, DevOps, and security expertise, along with at least five years of software engineering experience and technical leadership responsibilities.
