Sigma Software is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to lead secure, large-scale enterprise digital platforms for public-sector customers. The role combines hands-on Java development, architecture design, presales and discovery activities, technical proposal and estimation work, customer-facing presentations, and guidance of engineering teams through project launch and early delivery. Responsibilities include designing distributed systems and microservices, defining technology and security strategies, conducting architecture and code reviews, resolving complex technical challenges, and mentoring senior and lead engineers.
