The position combines business development and marketing leadership with design and project delivery responsibilities, including generating at least $1 million in new work annually, leading the Southeast region, mentoring staff, overseeing project profitability, and directing creative design and planning work. Candidates should have 15–25 years of professional experience, a portfolio of award-winning built work, strong client relationship skills, and relevant experience in one or more of DTJ’s core practice areas.
