The role requires at least 12 years of design experience, a strong point of view on craft and quality, the ability to drive change through influence, depth across the design arc, and strong communication skills; active engagement with AI's impact on design is a plus. The position offers varied work across AI, policy, capability, and culture, with flexible work arrangements subject to the role.
