GlobalFoundries is seeking a Field Application Engineer (NAM) to support industrial, automotive, and integrated device manufacturer customers across North America. The role is customer-facing and technical, focusing on pre-sales and early-development engagements, design-in and design-win support, processor IP and custom silicon solutions, system architecture, software toolchains, and collaboration with sales, business development, and ecosystem partners. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant field, applications, or design engineering experience, semiconductor IP or SoC/ASIC development experience, and strong customer-facing and debugging skills. The expected salary range is $145,000 to $236,000.
