The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is seeking an unpaid volunteer Principal Learning and Development Officer to work from home and support the Directorship in the Capacity Building Division. The role focuses on identifying learning needs, designing and delivering training, evaluating learning effectiveness, coordinating sessions, and providing administrative and resource support. Candidates should have a background in learning design or corporate education, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, and an interest in climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology. A degree or professional training in Online Learning Design, Learning and Development, or Online Learning is preferred, with additional knowledge in Climate Change or Environmental Science desirable.
