Description
Intuit is seeking a Principal Learning & Development Partner to lead the enterprise-wide skills strategy and roadmap for employee development across craft skills, AI fluency, performance and talent practices, and leadership development. The role partners closely with L&D, HR Tech, Engineering, analytics, and external vendors to build an AI-powered, data-driven, personalized development ecosystem that is embedded into performance, mobility, promotions, and succession practices. It requires strong strategic leadership, enterprise change management, AI/GenAI fluency, skills-based organization expertise, and measurement design, with a bachelor’s degree required and a master’s degree preferred.
