Xcelirate is seeking a Principal-Level Full-Stack Engineer to manage complex engineering problems end-to-end, build new features, refactor legacy code, write tests, and participate in all phases of the software lifecycle. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining complex web applications, expert proficiency in PHP and modern JavaScript, strong knowledge of full-stack architecture, and extensive experience with cloud deployment, Linux, infrastructure automation, and web security fundamentals. They are expected to stay deeply hands-on, avoid managerial roles, and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on clear decision-making and efficient workflows.
