NVIDIA is hiring a Principal Linux Kernel Engineer to lead upstream-first Linux kernel development for CPU server platforms. The role owns kernel strategy, drives upstream enablement across major subsystems, partners with hardware and software teams, represents NVIDIA in the Linux open-source community, and establishes maintainable kernel development practices. Candidates need a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience, at least 14 years of Linux kernel software development experience, deep kernel subsystem expertise, and a recognized reputation in the Linux kernel community.
