Description
Accelerant is hiring a Machine Learning Platform Engineer to own the end-to-end production infrastructure for its machine learning and agentic AI systems. The role covers data and feature pipelines, training and inference services, model registry and lineage, deployment, monitoring, reliability, cost, performance, integrations, and model governance. The engineer will also lead and coach a small engineering function, set technical standards, and partner with data scientists and other teams. The position requires substantial production ML experience, strong Python and infrastructure skills, data engineering capability, cross-team integration experience, and the ability to lead engineers.
