Description
Amgen is hiring a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to build and scale enterprise machine-learning and generative-AI solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. The role owns AI architecture, MLOps pipelines, LLM/RAG systems, observability, evaluation, responsible-AI practices, platform components, and technical governance, while partnering with DevOps, Security, Compliance, Product, and business teams. It requires 10–12+ years of technology experience, including 3–5 years of hands-on AI/ML and enterprise software experience, along with strong Python and Java, cloud, containerization, and GenAI capabilities.
