Description
Thrive Market is hiring a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to bridge MLOps execution with research-level machine learning, building and improving ML systems and pipelines, implementing and benchmarking new model architectures, managing infrastructure such as Redis, contributing to search and discovery architecture, and presenting model results and roadmaps to business and executive audiences. The role requires at least 8 years of machine learning engineering experience spanning MLOps and research, with experience in search, personalization, recommendations, ranking, or lifecycle modeling preferred. The position is based in the United States and requires travel to the Los Angeles headquarters office twice annually.
